The questions people ask before the first call.
What's the engagement length?
Three months minimum — that's how long it takes to set up tracking properly, ship the first plan, and read the first set of results. Most clients stay 18 months or more.
How much does this cost?
It depends on scope — usually £5k–£25k/month plus media. We share an honest budget range on the first call so you can compare like for like.
Do you replace our in-house team?
No. We're best when there's a marketing lead in-house we can work alongside. We provide channel ownership, strategy and senior judgement — not headcount replacement.
What's the contract?
A simple monthly retainer with 30-day notice on either side. No 12-month lock-ins. If it isn't working, we should both be free to walk away.
